As the founder of Blue Haired Unicorn, she helps organizations prioritize psychological safety, human connection, and trust to build resilient teams and sustainable cultures.

    Madison is also the co-founder of The Cashmere Club, a holistic community centered on mindfulness, self-care, and intentional living, and the founder of Black Speakers Collection, a platform amplifying diverse voices and stories, and getting Black folks paid.

    A sought-after coach, Madison empowers individuals to embrace confidence, build authentic brands, and navigate their careers with purpose. Known for her bold storytelling and fearless conversations, she inspires change through vulnerability and authenticity.

    Her thought leadership has been featured in outlets like The New York Times and Rolling Stone, and her first book, Let Them See You: Empowering Change Through Authenticity, debuts in Summer 2025, offering a guide to creating spaces where people can thrive.

    Elizabeth Leiba, Co-Founder

    Elizabeth is the Co-Founder of the Cashmere Club and author of Black Woman's Guide to Navigating the Workplace, a powerful strategy guide for Black businesswomen to overcome workplace discrimination, reshape toxic environments, and amplify their voices.

    As the founder of Crown & Quill Collective, Elizabeth leads a professional networking initiative that uplifts Black entrepreneurs and professionals. She is also the co-founder of The Club Cashmere, a holistic community focused on mindfulness, self-care, and work-life balance.

    Elizabeth’s expertise in branding, content creation, and personal branding has guided countless professionals in refining their LinkedIn presence and stepping confidently into thought leadership. Her work seamlessly blends sharp insights with a deep commitment to fostering supportive communities, personal growth, and financial empowerment.

    Connor O'Shea, Head Coach

    Connor is deeply committed to helping individuals with chronic illnesses embrace movement, designing personalized fitness strategies that accommodate their unique needs while promoting strength and vitality.   • Dr. Kryss Shane, Coach

    Dr. Kryss Shane (she/her) is a leading expert in LGBT+ inclusion with over 25 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training for top leaders in business, education, and community sectors. Featured in major media outlets like The New York Times, ABC News, Yahoo!, and CNN, Dr. Kryss is known for her actionable strategies that help organizations foster inclusive environments. Her writing has been published in prominent journals such as The Journal of Nonprofit Education and Leadership, The Huffington Post, and The New Social Worker Magazine.

    Dr. Kryss specializes in DEI consulting, helping businesses, universities, and healthcare organizations implement LGBT+ inclusive policies, improve hiring practices, and create safer work environments.

    She holds a doctorate and two master’s degrees, along with licenses in mental healthcare. Dr. Kryss currently serves as the Director of the Social Work Program, Field Coordinator, and Assistant Professor, while also lecturing at prestigious institutions like Columbia University and Fordham University.

    As an author, Dr. Kryss has written The Medical Professional's Guide to LGBT+ Inclusion, Creating an LGBT+ Inclusive University, Creating an LGBT+ Inclusive Workplace, and The Educator’s Guide to LGBT+ Inclusion. These practical resource guides provide businesses, universities, and medical professionals with expert advice on creating inclusive spaces for LGBT+ individuals. Dr. Kryss is committed to driving meaningful change through inclusive leadership and DEI education.

  • Kevin "Kev" Johnson

    Kev is an HR pro, resume coach, and music producer/engineer who’s all about helping people find their confidence,

    whether that’s in their career or through creativity. With over a decade in recruiting, training, and people

    development, he’s figured out how to connect the dots between where someone is and where they’re trying to go.

    In his role as an HR Recruiting and Training Coordinator, he’s out here connecting talent with opportunity, handling

    hiring, onboarding, and helping folks get set up for long-term success. He’s got a straight-up approach, makes

    things easy to understand, and knows how to meet people where they’re at. Whether he’s walking someone

    through orientation or helping them get their resume together, Kev keeps it honest, supportive, and focused on

    real growth.

    Outside the 9 to 5, he’s behind the boards as a music producer and engineer, using storytelling and sound to make

    space for voices that need to be heard. For Kev, music’s another way to build connection, speak truth, and create

    something meaningful.
